Remote agent upgrade failing

I'm in the process of upgrading a redundant pair of gateways. The backup upgraded fine, no issues.

Trying to upgrade the master now and getting the following error:

FAILURE: Upgrade failed. A rollback will now be attempted using backed up folders. Error=GATEWAY_START_ERROR: Gateway JVM could not be started Rollback to pre-upgrade state is complete.|

Has anyone had this issue before?

Going from 8.1.32 to 8.1.39. I also tried going to 8.1.33 with the same error.

I update our 2 gateways couple of days ago (same your configuration) without problem but actually I update the master first and then the backup following these instruction

I'm sorry but I can't help with your error.

Take a look in the wrapper logs and see if there is anything in them.
