We are using an Ignition Gateway V8.1.20 and have several remote Ignition Edge gateways connected to it. All setting are the same for all. however, for one of the remote providers, we are unable to view its tags. the error in the logs is as follows:
any thoughts how to resolve this?
Huh. I would not expect database mode to work at all for Edge remotes. And definitely not without providing driver and provider details.
we have the exact same setting for the other Edge remote providers. Not sure why this provider is not showing tags in designer. Is there any setting or service that may need a restart/refresh?
