As the title states, I have a remote tag provider that is providing tags for a gateway where graphics are located. When I select the tag provider in question in the tag browser, it is empty.
When I'm in the designer for that same tag provider, I do see the tags.
In the gateway, I can see the connection is good and the status is running.
In the status page for Tags, I can see there is an error stating "The remote service is not available."
Meanwhile the status page of the tag provider shows it is running...
I did notice there was not default database configured on the tag provider, so I added that back in.
This started after I switched from Master to Independent so I could upgrade a redundant gateway (licensed as a backup). Once that was upgraded, I switched the tag server in question back to Master. I deleted and re-configured the tag provider, but I still see the same error. I have also restarted the tag provider gateway.
The logs don't have much insight.
On the tag provider, I do see the SyncManager saying the remote side needs to resynchronize. I resynced and status is now good.
I do see the following error (on the gateway pulling in the remote tag provider) that states:
org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.api.exceptions.UpgradeException: org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.core.exception.UpgradeException: Failed to upgrade to websocket: Unexpected HTTP Response Status Code: 503 Service Unavailable
The only other error I see in logs is this, but I don't think it is pertaining to this issue.
Any help or insight would be appreciated!
