Remote Tag Providers - Error reading from Edge to main server

Hi,
I had configure Outgoing Connection gateway network in Edge Gateway server for reading the data from Edge Gateway to Main Gateway.
In Main Gateway, status is Connected and Running and I am able to see the tags in Tag browser however with an error as below.

Tags and value showing but value is showing in red and its not updating.

I am able to ping and open Gateway network from main gateway server.

Please guide.

And the values are "Good" and updating in the Edge device? What does the gateway network status look like in the Edge device?

No issue at Edge Gateway level, and after few hours tags communicate and shows values without any errors.
Till now I had faced this issue 2 times.

Support will probably want to look at your logs around the times of these disconnects.
