I have one vision client running locally and it works perfectly fine. it plots trend, other graphics pages are also showing data values etc. so local client is all okay.
On remote vision client somehow easy chart not plotting trends, on remote client all other graphics pages show correct values. but easy chart just keep loading as shown highlighted in image.
any suggestion to resolve this ? Thanks
How is the historical data stored?
Does the client have access to that storage location?
Check the gateway logs.
Check the remote client's logs and console (ctrl+alt+F7)
Add some debugging to that page.
thanks for reply. actually i did send my project to Ignition support to verify and it was all okay. it came up on it's own so really didn't understand what was wrong. but thanks for your feedback to my question. have a good day.
