Removing multiple Gateways in one Historian

Hi There,

I have had a situation where I could not shut my SCADA down for server maintenance due to production needs. To tie me over and allow the plant to run and to do the required maintenance, I created a backup of my gateway which I ran up on a spare PC. To avoid any issues with two gateways with the same name, I renamed the temporary gateway by adding a suffix of "_Backup".

Whilst making my backup gateway, I forgot to disable to historian, and have now created a second entry on my historian which only contains data for about 2 hours.

Is there a safe/proven method of removing this second entry?
It is not causing any issues by being there, it is just annoying since the data in it is not relevant.

The quickest and easiest method would just be to delete any tag paths from the second historian out of the sqlth_te table.
Check that either the tagpath and scid are different.
