Report export to pdf reverse the characters order

Hello,
Im using the report module in ignition, and when I export the report to PDF
the order of the chars is reversed, I have added pics of the problem
(the first is of the report and the second of the pdf).

what can cause the problem and how can I fix it?

OS: Windows server 2012 R2 64 bit

language packs: English and Hebrew - I tried to export using both lang and the result is the same

Are you running Designer within the Gateway OS or on an external machine?

Reports execute in the gateway, so focus your efforts on making sure the languages are added there not on external (client, external designer session) machines

Localization

Hi, I tried to set locale manually in ignition.conf to “sl_SI”. When restarting I got this warning: STATUS | wrapper | Failed to load language pack for sl_SI from …/lang. I could not find any info about language packs anywhere on the forum, docs, … Is this the language pack shipped with java for translating UI? Or is it Ignition specific? Apart from setting the locale for the gateway wrapper is there any way to have the default language for a specific user set to a different value then the…

It may be that the reporting engine we’re using as a backend doesn’t properly support RTL languages like Hebrew; I’m not sure anyone’s ever tested. Can you get in contact with support?
