These screenshots is taken from the same gateway. Anyone know how this can happen? I need to get it sorted asap.

Have you tried restarting the Reporting module?
Tried reloading license and restarted module just now. Waiting for feedback. Thanks
Its midnight here now, quick forum post rather than sitting on the phone. 
If restart doesn’t help, also check the version of the module against the version in the license.

Hourly reports for monitoring operations and quality assurance. They run the production line non-stop for two weeks. In case of failure they need to start all over again. Everyone is hands on and a bit stressed.
