Report module: Null 'key' argument ( Error: Enter a valid report in the "source" property in the Property Editor to display the report.)

Hi all,
I had 2 reports with same structure named querries. One has error null key argument, one works fine.

Also, I tested the query on pg admin and it also works fine. They both has been working fine but one suddenly has this error

It’s the named query didn’t cover the time range from 23:00 to 24:00, not from 2300 to 00:00. Therefore, a null data was given.
