Report Module training video

I’m having an issue trying to view the ‘Ignition Online Training Seminar, Session 15: Reporting Module’. I’ve downloaded the zip and the windows media file won’t play at all, I’ve tried steaming it and it only gets about half way through the video and then reports the same error as when I try playing the file from the downloaded zip, “Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help.”

I haven’t had any problems with the other videos so far and I have the same error on two different computers.

Any ideas?

In order to view that video you must first install GoToMeetings Codec. You can find it here:

http://www.gotomeeting.com/codec

We had a problem converting that file when it was created so we are stuck with GoToMeetings format. So try installing the codec and playing the video again.
