Report size in 1024 x 768 windows

I cannot view a 600 x 792 report size in the window and if I change the size of the report, then it leaves blank space on the paper.
How can I scale down the report viewer so I can see the entire sheet on my window without sacrificing print
quality?

You want your report to be the correct paper size. On the report viewer component there is a property for zooming that is a percentage. You will also find a dropdown list on the bottom left that allows you to zoom out. So, zoom out to 50% and it should be fine.
