Reports. Is there a way to add and get the average from the values on the report and display them somehow

I have a report being created. Is there a way to sum the hourly data points (e.g., units passed) and display the total on the report? Also, is it possible to calculate the average of 8 data points for machine cycle time and display that average on the report?
