Hi all,
As the title suggests, I enabled a report to run on a schedule but it doesn’t show up under Gateway Status > Reports. I don’t even see my reports under the Published Reports section.
I can see the report preview just fine in the designer and my mail server settings also work.
Is there any setting I’m missing?
Been a while since I looked at this, but my recollection is scheduled reports won’t run if the trial is expired. Do you get the same behavior if you reset the trial?
If that doesn’t fix it, let me know and I can find some loggers that will be helpful in figuring it out. (I’m assuming you’ve saved the project in the designer because your project tree looks like the resource is saved).
HI Kathy, I was able to figure it out with the help of IA support. I had mistakenly enabled project inheritance and that was causing the issue.
