Ignition provides resources for multiples developers?
if yes, how?
ignition provides effective management of programing edits? like if have other developer editing the same screen, how is it maneged?

My team utilizes Git for source control, and we develop on our own local Ignition gateways in trial-mode to avoid overlapping.
If you do have the same project open on the same Ignition gateway, the designer shows you that there are other active developers and alerts you when you are editing the same resource. Conflicts (even sometimes between yourself and the gateway) are handled via a GUI popup.
