Responding to when an operator forgot to stop production

We recently started tracking OEE with Ignition. Yesterday, the shift lead never ended the production run after the run ended around 3am. At 7am I noticed that the production run was still in progress with about 4 hours of downtime and an OEE for the production run at 45%.

How do I revise the OEE to reflect a different end time for a production run. In this case the end time was 3am instead of 7am?

We are currently using the OEE module.

Hi David,
You can edit that downtime event and change the reason to a planned downtime event. That way it wont affect your OEE.
The end time of a run cannot be changed. You can note it in the note for the downtime event.
