Restore and Close option disable in drawing tools

Hi,

I am using drawing tools like rectangle in the vision window. When i right click on the component after launching, i am getting options like ‘Restore, Close’. Please refer the picture below,

Is there any possibility to disable this functionality.
Note: I am using these components in a template.

If you update Ignition this context menu will be gone.

I am currently using Version: 8.1.18

This is fixed in 8.1.19 (see 3rd item under Vision near the bottom of page):
