Roles of users and acces levels

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me where I can change roles and access levels per session?

Roles are part of a user identity. You change them in a session by logging in with a different user.

Access levels aka Security levels are some combination of location (IP address/hostname/geofencing) and user roles. These are configured in the gateway on a gateway-wide basis.

Neither roles nor security levels assigned to a session can be changed programmatically.

I'm not sur that I asked the right question.
what I mean is to add another role and determine where he can have acces ! I don't know if it's the same in ignition, but in wincc you have to configure every button with a minimum acces level.
