rotateDataset() and sortDataset() function

HI,

When dealing with dataset for reporting or interfacing other system, it is usual to have to pivot dataset. I know some database can handle this quite nicely or by a magic python script, but it would be very helpful for non specialist to have those functions in script.

system.dataset.sort() already exists :thumb_left:
