RTSP support for cameras

It would be pretty nice if the IP camera viewer supported RTSP as well as MJPEG. Any chance on that in the future?

Edit: I ask because I have been evaluating additional cameras lately for our business and I am getting responses such as “Why would you want to use mjpeg?.. Most systems require h.264”, “mjpeg is a bandwidth hog”, and “[our supplier] is moving away from mjpeg”.

I’ve created a component based on VLCj for this purpose.
It’s a bit experimental and tricky to configure, but

RTSP built-in without having to use a plugin or install VLC would still be pretty nice.
