Have Anyone used GK700 Industrial Control Panel with Windows CE 5.0 as Ignition client? Or in general Is it possible to use Windows CE 5.0 system as a Ignition client? Please help us to resolve this.
As far as I know, there is no JVM available for Windows CE, so you won’t be able to run a client on it.
All Java implementations for WinCE that I’ve come across will not work. They would provide, at most, Java ME compatibility, where Java SE is required.
You can try using Ignition mobile module on server and installing some HMTL5 canvas-capable browser on windows CE, like this one: zetakey.com/index.php
