I have multiple screens with multiple equipment's have individual faceplates. and it started lagging and have very slow response.

What are the specs of your server, looks like only 3GB of RAM, not a huge amount if multiple devices and clients.
Vision or perspective?
If vision the problem is almost certainly not the gateway but inefficient scripting at the client level.

Can you also provide more information about your system as a whole? What PLC, what architecture etc?
The memory isn't the issue. You are way lower than 8GB so there is something else going on.

I am using perspective Scada That too In Virtual Machine.
