S7-1517 plc not connecting to server

Hi team,

I have issue with S7-1517 plc not connecting to server.

we check following details.

  1. I am using simeses S7-1517 3PN/DP PLC. For server I have reserve my X2 port.
  2. I have given right ip ,subnet and gateway address. Confirm from IT team also.
  3. Given ip address to X2 port it's physically (by connecting lan cable) is pinged. But from server is not.
  4. In plc setting given full access with no protection ,PUT/GET communication access given.
  5. Activated opc ua server.runtime license also selected.
  6. I have check lan cable,it is also good, port also healthy because it's ping when connecting lan cable.
  7. In last even I have tried by ip and mac address Dora binding from IT team. But still not showing.

Is there any more configuration required in plc?

Can you please guide me.
