I’m in the Oil & Gas Industry, and just wanted to share this with others that may be in the same Industry.
Almost all of our Pumping units have a VFD installed, this allows us to monitor/control each unit from our Scada or Phone or any Internet connected computer.
This report just show the “Energy Consumption” per well per day and calculates the daily cost to operate.
But it also shows an “Unbalanced” well and how much more money it cost to run.
And unbalanced well is an easy fix - since we now can see the cost savings, we make sure wells are up-to-date on balancing maintenance.! Cost example of unbalanced well|690x388
