I have a window that I would like to schedule to print out everyday, at a certain time. Can anyone provide me an example of how I'd be able to accomplish this?

Yes, and it would have to ensure the window was open. If not open, it would probably have to delay a bit, too, to ensure the window fully populates before you print it.
Is there a way to do it without the window being open?
No, the window must be open.
If you need something that always works, even if a client isn't open, you should be using a scheduled Report, not printing a window.
