After updating our Ignition gateway to 8.1.22 the designer script console no longer highlights words/variables when selected.
Is there a way to enable that again or another way to quickly see where variables are used other places in your code?

It's not as convenient as the double click, but if you make a selection, press ctrl + f, then enter, all matching occurrences will be highlighted:
This is from the 'Mark All' setting in the find & replace options.
The 'why' is because the entire script editor was changed, completely. The new one offers significantly better ergonomics in a whole host of other areas, but is not an exact 1:1 replacement.
