Script Popup Menu (Drop Down Menu) - Increasing font size

I’d like to know if it’s possible to increase the size of the font for python scripting drop down menus (createPopupMenu) for touch panels? At the default size, it’s almost impossible for operators to click on the right option. It would be nice to be able to increase font size and also the vertical distance between text items for use in such cases.

Are either of these possible?

Hey Sander, that post is about the Drop Down component, I’m talking about the Python script function createPopupMenu drop down menu. As in the right click-style drop down menu. Cheers
