I am relatively new to Ignition.
I want to add a second axis on the right hand side of the chart along with data? How do I go about doing this?

You need to define both the axes and trends under the plots prop to get both of them to show up.
By default, when you drop a new TimeSeries Chart onto a view, you get a Boiler data series of Pressure and Temperature, with both shown on one axis.
To configure two axes, the plots configuration would look like this:
