I am trying to send an email notification when an alarm ends. In particular I have an alarm tag that represents a connection with OPC; when it goes off for 10 seconds I need to be notified. When it comes on, I need to get another notification. I created this pipeline to handle this event but the second notification (the restart notification) does not arrive.
