Hello i have 1500 devices (gsm modems) which send data to server (scada), gsm modem can send data json can i get this data on ignition scada. Thanks

You'll have to provide more information for anyone to be able to give you guidance.
What communication protocols is the modem capable of? How is it sending the JSON data? MQTT? HTTP POST? What make/model is the modem? Can you provide link to the manual or other documentation for the modem?

Use MQTT on the Teltonika to send the data to a broker and use Cirrus link MQTT module to bring into Ignition.

Ignitio scada pulls such a connecion (i mean 1500 connections with modems)
I would advise getting in touch with your local Ignition reseller, as they will guide you in the exact licenses you need, as well as current pricing. If you don't know who they are, get in touch with IA directly.
This is perfect MQTT territory and is achievable with ignition.
