Is there a way to send image via email body with html?,

I have a email alarm with html format and I would like to attach an image at the end of it.

I don't think you can embed images directly in Alarm notification settings by editing HTML like you would via the Web Dev module for example, however I do think it's possible to create a custom alert email (if that's what you were referring to).
