We have a separate IT department that manages all of our computers. They install “SentinelOne” software on our SCADA Server a few weeks back. Now everything was working up until yesterday when and update caused the server to reboot and now the Gateway will not start.
Has anybody else every had a problem with this program? SentinelOne
Things seemed to work when IT installed it on our servers, but we’ve since had exceptions to live scanning added for Ignition folder (including internal DB, local historian data, etc.). We did run into some issues with Rockwell PLCs going offline around the same time, but are not certain if that had anything to do with the SentinelOne install–suspect it may have been duplicate IPs on the network as there was an issue with DHCP server config discovered soon after.
