I'm using the latest versions of Ignition with Sepasoft MES OEE downtime module. In the equipment manager tool there is the live analysis function. I went to update a data point to add in a live analysis for a cell then my ignition tag broswer updated and removed the shift data. Reading from sepasoft website when you create a live analysis it is supposed to automatically make shift tag folder full of tags. Mine is not doing that and now project is "broken" since i have a lot od components binded with those tags. I tried to open old project, previous project, restarting modules, restarting gateway, editing the live analysis again, saving, all sorts of stuff but the tag browser seems to not be updating from the MES sepasoft side.. anyone else have this issue or provide some input for help?
Have you tried contacting Sepasoft support?
Of course. Waiting to hear back from but thought I would try both channels incase someone has seen this issue before on here.
