SepaSoft Module install

I am getting this error while i installing the Track and Trace Module. how can i fix this error??

It doesn't look like you have the Production module installed. This is a core module required for all Sepasoft MES modules

yeah ok , Thanks

@amy.thompson Now it's working. Thanks for your support.
i have another one doubt. if any possible to install core module ? .like - (Track and Trace , OEE Downtime, Batch Procedure).

@amy.thompson

I was installed Track and Trace module but i unable to install for OEE, SPC and BATCH modules. can you resolve this?

@VIJAY_S

It looks like you are using the legacy trace and production 2.0 versions.

You need to match all the module versions.

We recommend you start with all the latest versions from the 3.0 stable release.

@jesse.records Thanks

@jesse.records
I installed Sepasoft OEE, Track & Trace module in ignition gateway. but i didn't visible that module component. how can i solve this?

I could be wrong as it's been a while since I did the certifications on those modules, but I thought they were Vision only components.

@michael.flagler now it's visible, thanks for giving this information.

@michael.flagler why sepasoft components visible only for vision module?
why it's not visible for Perspective module?

We have components out in perspective, but only in the 3.0 platform.

It looks like your install is still not correct.

Are there mes errors in the logs?

This tutorial sets up a mysql database but we also support mssql, postgresql, and oracle.
https://docs.sepasoft.com/articles/#!mes-module-tutorials/setting-up

One caviat with MSSQL is you need to set snapshot isolation level on the database. It is on page 19 of this doc:

If all goes well, you should see a message in the logs like:

MES Modules Started

And some messages about registering perspective components.

If you are still struggling to get this started, please reach out to our team to get on a call.

@jesse.records No, I installed 3.0 platform. but i unable to see in perspective module.
Please find the below attached Snap for modules versions.

It looks like you have a mix of SP5 and SP6 modules installed.

All the modules need to match versions. Install the Production module last and look for "MES Modules Started" in the logs. You should also see messages about registering MES components in perspective.
