Guys I am getting a fault trying to start Ignition.
Fault is
The Ignition Gateway service is starting.The Ignition Gateway service could not be started.The service did not report an error.More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG3534.
What is cauising this?

Hi-
There is a log file in the install directory called “wrapper.log”. This file should offer some better information as to the error that’s occurring.
Take a look, it might be something obvious like “port already in use”, indicating that a different application is running on port 8088, and that the port needs to be changed from the gateway control utility.
If it’s not something obvious, could you post the file here as an attachment?

Can you verify that you have both ignition.conf and wrapper-license.conf in your installation directory (C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition by default) and email them to me?

OK, I’ve sent you and another person who emailed me with the same problem new wrapper-license.conf files to replace your existing ones.
It turns out there’s a bug in the service wrapper software the affects machines with a Timezone east of Japan, including Eastern Australia, New Zealand, and the island states.
Both people who contacted me with issues happened to be from Australia so I think this will solve the problem.
I am posting the contents of the new wrapper-license.conf file in case anybody else runs into this issue.
