Setting alarm for count of days

Hi everyone!

I’ve been working on building a complaints database so that our customer rep can use it to log all complaints. I’m looking for some insight as to how to go about scripting alarms. Here’s what I’m trying to do: Once a complaint is logged, a tag will be created specifically to that complaint, and once 15 days have passed, a low priority alarm will go out to the supervisor to take a look, then again at 20 days with medium priority, and lastly at 25 days with a high priority alarm.

Any advice/insight will be greatly appreciated!
