Shadowing options for troubleshooting client issues

Searched around a bit but didn't quite find results on the topic of shadowing clients.
For both Perspective and Vision, are there methods of viewing a specific client's application?

Typically when I'm troubleshooting in AVEVA, I'll shadow the client with an issue and capture the problem state. I'll do what I think will fix the problem, and confirm by shadowing the client again. This is possible because each AVEVA client (InTouch OMI) is a Windows RDP session.

If shadowing clients isn't possible in Vision/Perspective, is there a typical alternative people are using to observe the issue and confirm resolution?

I install VNC servers on all hardware running HMI applications or purchase Web Panels with VNC Servers.
It’s simple, OS angnostic, and allows you to see exactly what the end user is seeing without having to log off the current user, like Remote Desktop.
