Shelving an Alarm via Buttom

Hello IA Community,

How do i shelve an alarm via a button. I am testing a concept for a project and couldn't get this to work.

I am trying to use system.alarm.shelve() but it is not working.

Any errors in the gateway logger?

I am getting this error in the gateway logger:

Alarm '[Site A]Motors/Motor 2/Amps/Alarms/Motor Amps Alarm' could not be shelved.

The alarm is configured to allow shelving
