How can I create a shortcut to just an specific Vision-Window of the project , so when the user with that Shortcut open it, he will only see that window.
The shortcut is just a command as described in this documentation page. Within this command you can assign values to existing client tags (search that page for -Djavaws.launchparams for more information).
You could create a client tag which is populated by this command and perform navigation, display components, etc. based on the value of this tag.
