Should migration-log-xxxxxxx.md be included in VCS?

I started using deployment modes and I'm putting them under version control. I noticed the migration-log-<datehere>.md should this be included with version control or can I ignore that file?

You can ignore it; it's purely informational, not actually driving any logic.
