Yeah, you need the modul @pturmel mentioned, or stream the rtsp adress in vlc (or another program).
You add it to your gateway, then create a “device” that points at your camera’s RTSP url. Then point other viewers at the MJPEG stream(s) the module produces at the gateway.
Just for anyone else setting up a FLIR AX8 camera in the future, I ran into the same problem as @bob.cappelletti with the snapshot.jpg stream dropping out after closing the web interface. I ended up getting the stream to work with the following config. Although I could not get the overlay with the temp measurement points to show.
