Sierra LX40 acknowledgements not working

hi,

I set up a Sierra LX40 for sms alerts today and it's working to send them out but the acknowledgement responses aren't working. The inbound SMS shows up in the LX40 management page, I see my phone number and the 6 digit code I sent, but the alarm never acknowledges. There doesn't seem to be that much setup, I have the "two-way" box checked in the notification profile. I have the IP address of my server in the LX40 setup but I am running redundant servers, I am pointing to the active one.

Any idea what I should check next?

well, it was the Microsoft firewall on the server blocking the return messages. Added a rules to open the port and it's working. :grimacing:
