I have a number of users needing to be informed via SMS of an emergency alarm. Can I create a single user (called Site Emergency) and have numerous phone nos. configured for that user ? Thx

I assume you have a working SMS alarm notification profile, a roster, and an alarm pipeline that connected the two on an alarm. OK good.
in you user management page or on the gateway, under “contact info” for a user just add multiple SMS contact info.
Out of curiosity, Steven, why are you trying to add all these phone numbers to a single user rather than making a roster for Site Emergency? Seems like the roster would be easier to maintain as users are added and removed.
