Hi gys , i am a plc programmer , i begin to learn ignition (i am in 9%) , so i want to know What skills and sciences do I need to know in order to be able to understand and use EGNITION to design different softwar or hmi ?

For someone just starting, Jython, which is the flavor of python Ignition uses, is the most important external resource. Note that Jython implements the python language as of version 2.7, not any of the 3.x versions you find in stand-alone Python (typically the CPython implementation).
But first, finish Inductive University.
