SMS messaging issues

I "think" I am having issues with sending SMS messages from Ignition. My users report receiving messages hours to days late. Here are a couple logs from Ignition and the LX40. It would appear I have a "buffer" problem but I don't know what that means or how to fix it.

When I look in the Ignition logs I am seeing lots of this:

SmsAckManager 23Sep2023 19:04:19 Received an incoming SMS for an alarm code that is not registered: '292272, 257155'.
SmsNotificationProfile 22Sep2023 15:48:55 [name=WRF-SMS] Error sending notification to 1xxxxxxx.

I too am having some of these issues, but have found no definitive answer on what they mean.

I've also seen delays of hours to days when using e-mail to SMS services, especially with Verizon. (Doesn't look like you have the same setup, but maybe the problems are still related.) Seemed like it was some sort of spam filtering, but I never quite got to the bottom of it and tech support was not much help.

"Received ack: ACK301ACK - No Buffers available." seems to indicate that you're successfully sending the message somewhere but it's not being accepted. You may want to contact whoever is providing your SMS service. Good luck.
