So, my company already has SMS devices installed, and I was wondering what it would take to use that equipment. Does Ignition have any way to connect to a DIGI Core LTE device?
I already have a quote for a RV50X device but before I go forward with that I want to know if there are any other options I should investigate.

What are you trying to do with the SMS equipment? If you are doing alarm notifications, I believe that the AirLink SMS alarm notification only works with those specific models. Another option, rather than using the AirLink module is to use Twilio. Or... you can develop your own module for those specific devices.
Yes, this would be for alarm notifications. I was almost sure that it was going to be a development effort or Twilio. Thanks for the confirmation.
Another potential option is to use a webhook for Teams or Slack. You could set up a team/group and have an ongoing chat this way.
