I’m facing the below issue on sending a test email through SMTP Server in Ignition. Can you please let me know where i am going wrong here? I’m unable to figure it out. Please help me!!
It looks like the error is telling you that the recieving address does not exist, any chance the email for anooj is mistyped?
Your mail server may require authentication to send to external addresses, and because you typed “Ltts” and not “ltts” it may be considering that external, worth a shot to change that to lower case as well, but probably not the cause.
