Good afternoon.
I need to reset the computer where I have the software Ignition and I have a license.
Can I put in the same computer the software, then put the code license in the gateway to active it after reset?

If you can still get to the gateway, I'd recommend unactivating it, then re-activating it after you reset the computer.

You can still enter the license number without doing that, but it will revert to a 7-day emergency license. Then you would have to contact support to reset your license.
