[SOLVED] Why is the nested query showing different information than the XML?

Good afternoon,

I am trying to follow the Inductive University example on Nested Queries here:

The preview is incorrect but the XML seems to show the correct information. Any idea what I am missing? This is on version 8.0.16.

I’m not sure why the XML shows up as it does but the preview isn’t working because my key values weren’t “formatted” correctly.

@Parent.Child.task@ is what gets put into a column when I drag and drop task from the child data source. You have to delete the ‘Parent.Child.’ portion of that line and then the table will preview correctly.
