I have recently been using the system.alarm.acknowledge lately and have been writing the eventid to a separate table. This has led me to notice that some of the alarms that were once acknowledged fail to appear in the Alarm Status Table after acknowledgement. I can’t seem to figure out what is causing this. See screenshot the eventid is in my alarm journal database table but can’t be found by Perspective AlarmStatusTable or by the system.alarm.queryStatus after it is acknowledged. Any ideas on what could be going on here?
Because you’re looking at the alarm status table, not the alarm history/journal table. The status table shows only the most recent event, as well as those that haven't been acknowledged
