This can be done with scripting, but I think this will be better that if is a feature in the binding windows:
In sql binding type, add the possibilty to switch between different querys depending on the DBType of the database connection.
Or maybe give us some access to some sort of expression inside the sql text (to evaluate db type and switch within querys) or adds sql function in expression functions (with the possibility to run with no poll rate, as same as sql binding, including auto update when some dinamyc expression, like tag o property is updated).
